Summary: Great central city location close to shops, restaurants and cafe and really convenient for my work trip. Clean, comfortable room with all the amenities I needed and really lovely friendly & helpful staff!

Summary: Staff were friendly. Rooms were very tidy and quiet. We stayed at the Quest at the Mount last year and thought we had booked there but when we turned up we found out it was the wrong place. An unfortunate hiccup. Don’t know how it happened.

Summary: Debdie the receptionist was very welcoming, helpful and obliging. Room was spotless, bed comfortable. Only issue was car parking they have 40 rooms but only 11 car parking spaces so had to park on the street.
